These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bagim.az ("Platform", "Website", "Service").
By creating an account, browsing, or listing a property, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
The Platform is operated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must have legal capacity to enter into contracts under Azerbaijani law.
Businesses must be legally registered entities with valid documentation.
Account Types:
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
You must notify the Platform immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
Users may list properties they own, manage, or have legal authorization to advertise.
Users are fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information submitted, including:
Misleading, fraudulent, or inaccurate listings may result in suspension or removal.
The Platform has the right to review, edit, decline, or remove listings that violate guidelines.
You agree NOT to:
Some services (premium listings, promotions, etc.) may require payment.

Promotions
Featured placement
Analytics
Advanced insights
Fees will be displayed clearly before purchase.
All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise by local consumer laws.
Prices may be shown in AZN and/or USD.
The Platform may:
Modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Service
Remove content that violates laws or guidelines
Enforce limits on usage to ensure system performance
Contact users for verification, compliance, or support
All website content, branding, UI, and design elements are owned by the Platform.
Unless authorized, you cannot copy, modify, distribute, or sell Platform content.
You retain rights to your property photos and descriptions, but grant the Platform a license to display them.
The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated property listings.
The Platform is not a real estate agent, broker, or intermediary.
All transactions, agreements, and negotiations are strictly between users.
The Platform is not liable for losses, damages, or disputes between users.
To the extent permitted by Azerbaijan law, the Platform is not responsible for:
Data loss, service interruptions, or technical failures
User-to-user disputes
Unauthorized access to your account due to negligence
The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Users may delete their accounts at any time.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved in Azerbaijani courts.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
The Platform reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform announcements.
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
